Pouring Events was founded in 2019 as a mobile bartending company serving the San Antonio and Austin markets. What began as a passion for delivering high-quality bar service quickly evolved as we listened to what our clients needed most. To meet growing demand, we expanded our offerings to include full-service catering—allowing us to provide complete food and beverage experiences for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, mitzvahs, and more. We understand that every guest matters, which is why we proudly offer menu preparation for a variety of dietary restrictions, alongside our full traditional menu options. Whether it's vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-sensitive, our team crafts flavorful dishes for every guest at the table.

Kevin Waters has been working with food for as long as he can remember. His culinary journey began in childhood, helping his mother in the kitchen—an experience that quickly turned into a necessity when she took on a full-time job and Kevin stepped up to cook for himself and his brothers.


That early responsibility sparked a lifelong connection to hospitality. Kevin went on to work in both the front and back of house in restaurants, eventually moving into management. His time in the industry not only sharpened his technical skills but also ignited a passion for bringing people together through food, drinks, and memorable experiences.


After relocating to San Antonio in 2017, Kevin launched Pouring Events LLC in 2019 as a mobile bartending service. The business quickly evolved when clients began requesting food as well—and Kevin listened. He partnered with chefs who shared his creative energy and commitment to quality, expanding Pouring Events into a full-service catering and bartending company.


Having food allergies himself, Kevin is especially mindful of dietary restrictions. He ensures that every menu is inclusive, flavorful, and thoughtful—so every guest feels cared for.


Today, Kevin continues to lead Pouring Events with the same hands-on enthusiasm he had cooking in his family’s kitchen. For him, seeing the joy on a client’s face is the ultimate reward—and the reason he keeps creating new dishes, new drinks, and new experiences worth celebrating.
