Pouring Events began in 2019 as a mobile bartending company with a mission to bring high-end service and custom drinks to weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Since then, we’ve grown into a full-service hospitality company, but bartending remains at the heart of who we are. Whether it’s a rooftop wedding, a brand launch, or an intimate birthday party, we bring the same level of professionalism and care to every pour.

Bartending Packages for Every Event

We offer three main bartending packages, each designed to scale with your event size and needs:

• Single Malt – 1 TABC-certified bartender for up to 75 guests
• Double Malt – 2 bartenders for events with up to 150 guests
• Triple Malt – 3 or more bartenders for large-scale events over 150 guests

All packages include basic bar tools, up to four hours of service, setup and breakdown. Add-ons such as servers, barbacks, and extended hours are available as needed. We can also supply portable bars, ice bins, garnish stations, and more—making us a complete solution for your bar setup.

Custom Cocktail Design & Drink Menus

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all menus. At Pouring Events, we offer libation menu planning as an add-on for clients who want to create something unique. This includes:

• Signature cocktails designed around your theme, brand, or story
• Seasonal drink menus using fresh ingredients
• Custom naming, signage, and presentation suggestions
• Non-alcoholic mocktail options with just as much flair

This service is especially popular for weddings, corporate activations, and experiential events where the drink experience plays a central role in the brand or guest journey.
